Young Talent Award 2011

The Forum’s Gala Diner was totally dedicated to Talent Management. Two speakers gave the audience insights into Talent Management from different perspectives - Xaver Büeler, Dean of the Lucerne Business School, of the universities and Reto Wittwer, CEO Kempinski, of the tourism industry. The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the Young Talents award, which was totally unexpected for the Young Talents. The three first ranked papers were awarded with a special prize, which was sponsored by our talent management partner Bucherer.

The winners of the Young Talents Award 2011 are:

First place:  Ryan Sim, University of Waterloo (CAN)
Second place:  Lina Preuss, Queensland University (AUS)
