Wilhelm Bauer graduated at University of Stuttgart in Industrial Engineering and Human Factors. As a Scientific Director he is heading the business area Corporate Development and Work Innovations at IAO and IAT. Research activities include Work Sciences, Hotel Systems Innovations and Change Management. He is lecturer for Work Design and Innovations Management at Universities of Hannover and Stuttgart.
