Heinz Pfuschi Pfister, Cartoonist
Born in Berne on 10 May 1945. In 1979 he changed from logistics to art and began working as a freelance painter and etcher, eventually concentrating mainly on cartoons. He has numerous exhibitions in Europe and is a cofounder (1998) of the Int. Cartoon Festival of Langnau (Emmental).
He has authored five cartoon books with Zytglogge publishers, as well as the exhibition catalogue for the Basel Museum of Caricatures & Cartoons (2007).
He has participated as cartoonist in conventions and seminars for over ten years, lampooning the highlights of what was heard, including rabid opinions and pregnant pauses, live through the critical lens of his projector.
He lives and works in Berne.
