Charles Donkor, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers AG Switzerland

Charles is Partner and leads the Human Capital Consulting practice at PwC in Switzerland. He has 15+ years experience working for multinational consulting firms for which he advises on strategic and operational topics. His main focus areas are Corporate Missions and Values, HR Strategy, Talent Analytics/Strategic Workforce Planning as well as establishing people-driven innovation systems and cultures.

Prior of joining PwC, Charles has worked eight years for a global HR consulting and outsourcing company. He was responsible for the Talent & Organization Consulting practice in Switzerland. Germany and Austria. Before that he worked for two years for a leading European E-Learning consulting firm. For both firms he has been leading local and international projects.

Charles serves a variety of companies like Fortune 500 companies based in Switzerland and Germany, privately held as well as public sector organizations. Most of his clients are in the manufacturing, IT, financial services and life science industry. He is author of a number of articles regarding HR delivery models, M&A and talent management (incl. Gen Y).

Based in Zurich, Charles holds a M.Sc. from the University of St. Gall (Switzerland) and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics (UK). He is fluent in German, English and French.
