Ambassadors are official representatives of the World Tourism Forum Lucerne in a specific region and are strategically very important key people for the World Tourism Forum. Ambassadors contribute an important part to the Forum’s success by supporting the management reaching the goals in terms of the number of foreign participants. The World Tourism Forum Lucerne identified the most important regions to increase the number of foreign participants for 2013. As Ambassadors have a very broad network, they are able to link the Forum with potential participants in their regions. Additionally, they know how to highlight the benefits of the Forum and how to convince potential participants to register for the Forum.
